My editing babysitter

I have developed the perfect solution to editing when Massey wants to be held...baby Einstein on the left editing on the right! Worked like a charm and he fell right asleep. 

Mowing the yard

Massey mowed a little with daddy today. He even wanted to wear his camo like daddy ;-)

Shivaree

We had a shivaree for my parents 35 wedding anniversary (Sept. 30th).  When involved in making loud noises don't waste your mula on this!  Sounds more like a howling pack of coyotes than a blow horn! Lol.

Reminds me of...

This gum brand and flavor reminds me of my mom :-).  I remember going in her pocket of her blue lees jacket and stealing some.  Thanks mom ;-)

The camera

Massey discovered the camera in his room sounds alot like Mommy and Daddy sometimes ;-)

Had fun at Adrienne and Marcus's wedding reception.

Packing

I packed awa Masseys 0-3 month clothes and my maternity clothes today.  I don't know why but it made me sad especially this little hat my sister made!

Avocados

Massey tried avocados for the first time today...he wasn't a fan :-)

Massey's First Fair

Massey went to his first TC Fair.  For some reason he was cracking up when he was sitting by the tractor tire.  I think maybe it was the grass.

Moving boxes

Had a great time at the YFC Auction today!  Next year I am determined to save my money to bid in some of the great items!! 

After the auction I went over to Becky's and "helped" he pack aka played with Noah and feel on my elbow...I was going to look for my phone and tripped over some boxes.  I had Massey in my arms so bracing myself from hitting the Pergo floors wasn't an option.  I landed super hard on my elbow that I broke 9 years ago.  Massey was safe in my arm thanks to my courageous elbow! He only cried because it scared him (It scared me too Massey)  It immediately bruised and swelled up :-/. I decided I should go have an X-ray to make sure I didn't re break it.  Thank goodness I didn't!

Hi ho cherry o

My cherry tree is plentiful this year, now to pick them before the birds do.  Hayes had an outdoor very patriotic service today.  I felt so blessed sitting there with my little family!

Garden

We planted the garden today.  Hopefully Mr. Deer & Mr. Bunny decide to diet this year ;-)

Dog Bowl

Fun filled day in Frankenmuth.  We went to our first dog bowl and it sure was fun. Makes me want to live on a lake and train dock dogs :-)

Noah

I watched Noah this past Wednesday.  He is such a good little helper with Massey.  

Sherman/Mays wedding

We had a great time at Josh's cousins wedding!  Papa and Grammy came along for a mini weekend getaway.  Mom went to IKEA for the first time, hopefully she loved it just as much as us!!  They also watched Massey while we attended the wedding.  

Hayes

I can't tell you how long I wanted to be a member at a church that had a church league softball team...welp...Hayes after 20+ years has just that!  So exciting!   Our new pastor was previously a youth pastor and he really has something going good at our church.  We now sing praise and worship songs with the lyrics up front.  Who knew the church by the side of the road would appeal to the younger generation :-)

Note:  I haven't used this glove since I was in 8th grade, should be interesting.

Exersaucer

1st Mothers Day

Mothers Day takes on a new meaning when you become a mom.  I LOVE it!  Massey with the help of Daddy made it great!  It started with pancakes.  Massey even got me a card with his foot print in it :-). Yeah for a great first one!  Make note of the tissue paper ;-)
